Finavia will gradually update the parking ticket system at Helsinki Airport starting from Monday 27 August. During the system update, customers should take note of the colour of the ticket when paying and exiting.
There are separate pay stations and exit gates for orange parking tickets with barcodes and blue parking tickets with magnetic stripes at terminals and car parks.You will receive a parking ticket with a barcode upon entering the car park. The ticket can be paid for using the orange pay station. When exiting the car park, use the orange exit gate marked with a barcode.
If you have a blue parking ticket with a magnetic stripe, pay for your parking by using the blue pay station and exit through the gate marked with blue. If you require help, you can contact the parking service via all exit gates and pay stations.
With this update, Finavia aims to make parking at Helsinki Airport a smoother experience and to enable the use of more diverse payment options in the future.
