“With a clear brand and a strong sense of quality, Avalon is loved by the guests. They are ranked top three of the hotels on TripAdvisor in Gothenburg. Their Net Promoter Score in 2017 was impressive 77, something extra impressive when the hotel recently celebrated its 10th anniversary. – To us this means unbelievably much. Ever since we opened in 2007, we have placed great emphasis on offering the guests an experience beyond the usual. Something that also shows the certification as Sweden’s only Feng Shui hotel. That this particular feature is also valued by Choice Hotels International, is a great inspiration for all of us who work at Avalon, says the hotel CEO and owner Torbjörn L. Johansson.
It was Nordic Choice Hotels CEO Torgeir Silseth and founder Petter Stordalen who received the honor of receiving the prize of the Las Vegas scene for the audience.
