Nordic Choice Hotels conducts the Nordic region's largest hotel guest survey

At the moment, the largest hotel guest survey in the Nordic region is ongoing. In two weeks, deep interviews with 100,000 hotel guests are conducted on their views on how the hotel industry can develop in the future.

Now, Nordic Choice Hotels takes another step toward creating the world’s best hotel experience. To help them, they have real experts in the hotel – the guests. Between 4th and 15th of June, visitors to all Comfort, Quality and Clarion hotels will have the opportunity to share their views about what makes hotel experiences more than usual. In the reception area, guests will be met by the hotel’s own staff who are prepared to capture creative ideas, suggestions and suggestions for improvement.

The ambition is to make the guests a co-creator of new hotel experiences – insights that will then be used in the development work for the future’s Nordic Choice Hotels. These two weeks are complementary to the traditional guest surveys, which often take place through a form or digital mail, which all guests are offered in connection with their hotel stays.
