Icelandair Group, owner of Iceland Travel ehf., and owners of Allrahanda GL ehf., have decided to end negotiations on the merger of the companies. As stated in Icelandair Group’s announcement on August 9th. the merger was subject to the results of due diligence which have now been finalised. The decision has been made that the merger will not take place.
